In the fully-fitted kitchen there is an electric fan oven and gas hob over; dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and juicer. There is enough cutlery, crockery and glassware for six people, with plenty of spares.
Our Relaxing Reading Room......
is the ideal place to read up on the local area.
In the relaxing reading room there is comfortable sofa, coffee table and a few books for you to sit quietly, if you so wish. There is also a conveniently located shower room and toilet which can also be accessed from the patio by the pool.
A Spacious Lounge...........
is for relaxing or entertaining, you choose!
In the comfortable lounge there are 2 sofas and coffee tables; radio and CD player; TV and DVD, with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. There are a few CD’S, DVD’s, and one or two games.
The Delightful Dining Room...........
is the perfect place to eat, drink, discuss & debate.
Through the double doors at the front of the house is the large dining room with a table and chairs for six people, situated close to the kitchen. So after a long day enjoying yourself what better way to end it than with a glass of wine, a sumptuous meal and great company!
Master Bedroom.....
with En-Suite & views!
In the master bedroom you will find a double bed, bedside cupboards, chest of drawers and a 3 door wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. As with all the bedrooms you have air-conditioning.

Bedroom 2 at the front of the house has 2 bedside cupboards, twin beds, chest of drawers, 3 door wardrobe and air-conditioning.

The smallest of the bedrooms still has twin beds, Air-Conditioning and a 3 door wardrobe but also has its own terrace with fantastic views.

Seriously spacious. This room is at the front of the house and has a toilet, full size bath with shower over, hand basin with lit mirror and a cupboard under.
The Pool and Patio Area...
The patio area at the rear of the house is secluded offering some welcome shade from the fierce Spanish sun. It has it's own fully tiled pool 4m x 3m, a large brick built BBQ, a marble table with 4 sunloungers with wooden side table. There are also 2 outside lights for those balmy nights around the Barbie!!!

Panoramic Views from the Roof Terrace.....
The large roof terrace offers fantastic views of Cuevas de San Marcos and the surrounding area. With its 4 sunloungers it's the ideal place to sit with a cool drink and a good book.
